We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to circumstances, which are out of our control. If you have not received your item(s), please contact us as soon as possible.

If your product appears damaged or faulty upon opening, please contact us within 7 days for a full product replacement. Orgreen Naturals.co.uk reserves the right to inspect the faulty product before replacing it or making a refund.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to circumstances, which are out of our control.

We will refund return postage costs if:

  • an incorrect item is received;
  • the item has arrived damaged (please provide photographic evidence and we will either send another item or issue a full refund).

The buyer pays for return costs if an unwanted item is ordered (or any other reason not related to the item condition).
